Penske names new CFO for Australia and NZ

Commercial vehicle manufacturer, Penske Transportation Group International, has today named Tracy Black as Chief Financial Officer.

The appointment of Black is now effective as she oversees operations in Australia and New Zealand.

She joins Penske from Edgewell Personal Care where she held the position of director and international controller.

Black is CPA-qualified and holds an MBA and a master of accounting.

Her role will be to preside over the financial departments for PTGI and its subsidiaries, Penske Commercial Vehicles and Penske Power Systems.

She replaces outgoing CFO, Patti Paquette, who has been reassigned to Bloomfield Hills, Michigan as the director of an internal audit at Penske Automotive Group.

“Tracy is an engaging, down to earth individual who is passionate about team development, partnering with the business, and process improvement,” said Randall Seymore, Penske Transportation Group International President.

“Her background and experience equip her well to manage Penske’s financial operations as we continue to grow our businesses across Australia and New Zealand.”
